It looks a lot like those scam  graphics cards which are actually something from an older series with a fake BIOS, I'd avoid those and look around for a used card.

Would gpu z tell me the real specs or would a bios flash trick gpu z too?

This one is a bit harder to tell because 750ti's do come with 2gb GDDR5 and sometimes VGA iirc.  I don't have the pcb's super memorized, but usually the obviously fake ones have absurd non-matching vram amounts or incorrect i/o's for the gen.  But I do think there exist aftermarket 750ti's that are actually 750ti's.

Thing is though, you can get a 'real' 750 ti for that price now.  I think you dun goofed either way, but you can benchmark it and see for yourself if it's already in transit.

I'm pretty sure is a gts 450 one last question tho is it possible to limit the ram to 1 gb cuz rn it's tricking my system into thinking it has two is there a way to limit this so my games don't crash when there trying to use more than one gb vram?
