Yep... It is quite impossible IRL. Maybe if the RAM VRMs short-circuit it to 12V, but it's so unlikely it's not even fun

It literally shows power leads connected to RAM. No, this won't happen in real situations. Heatspreaders are mainly used for looks. You need to go really high to even need cooling on RAM.

Typical DDR3 RAM is rated at 1.5V ~ 1.65V.

DDR4 runs at 1.2V ~ 1.35V.

 

The BIOS won't even let you set it to 12V -- it maxes out at 2.0V or something.
