Buying a GPU

de^N

I'm gonna buy a GPU next week, so I suppose RTX is gonna be released, I'm just wonder if indeed it'll be released, cause I've seen these rumours and nVidia foreshadowing the release.

If what you're asking is if it will be released next week then I don't think so.  Even if it were the founders edition cards would be first and would be gone within hours if not minutes.  If you are going to wait and go for an RTX card my advice would be to wait for the aftermarket guys (EVGA, MSi, Gigabyte etc) to release their versions of the card.  They typically cool better anyway than the reference style blower setup.

I see, also what cards will be released? Only 2080 or 2060/70?

They'll likely start with the 2080 and 2070.  (I don't know what exact naming convention they will use but it will be the follow on to the current 1080 and 1070).  Later on (talking a few months here) they will release the mid range guys (2060 and 2050).

For the record,  I haven't heard of nvidia confirming anything yet other than they are planning to release their next gen cards soon.  But if they follow the convention they have done in the past it would look something like that.

It's basically your wish as if you think you can wait, you should wait but if you want to join the PC Master Race right now then Pascal Series Cards are not a bad choice too. Although If you want to buy the next generation of nVidia cards desperately then you would be better served by Used Cards for a Standby purpose.
