3 week rig over night started to slowdown?

andl3

hello, so my new pc has 3 weeks and about a week ago i started experiencing slowdowns, this did not happen before. for example when i play fortnite it would never dip below 160 fps, rn it drops to 60-70. simillar story with pubg and csgo. In csgo avg fps before was 430, rn when i test it, it's around 250~, but pubg won't even start. It would just crash when entering in lobby. I need to set cpu cores on only 1 thread just so i can start the game . I find it quite disturbing cuz i got a 144hz monitor. I noticed this problem when i installed  the amd chipset driver and the next day it started to slow down. I tried to uninstall it and run the tests again and the results were identical if not even worse. everything is up to date rn. If anyone has some ideas why is this happening please help. :(
