How do I stop gpu throttling on a laptop

Anyways to stop gpu throttling then reapplying thermal paste or lowering game settings on a laptop?

Try buying a vacuum cooler or fanpad

Ya about that. My laptop is quite new as it’s model and has its fans right next to the monitor facing upwards like a MacBook and I have a laptop fan but is technically a waste becuase their no vent below and I think a vacuum won’t fit in the vent
