It's the time it takes your PC to load into Windows

Main Rig:-

According to this link I googled easily, it's time for your motherboard to complete the UEFI boot process just-prior to loading Windows (you usually see a motherboard company logo or white text going across the screen that looks really technical).  Put another way: it's measuring the time from powering on your computer, until you see the windows flag, meaning windows has started to boot up.

I have Googled it also, but I thought that asking on a forum would be a great idea to clear more doubts!

That simply means your booting in Legacy mode or your board doesn't have UEFI.

Not sure about that. It does have UEFI, secure boot and fast boot are both enabled. I don't see an option for legacy boot.

Maybe there's some weird setting in your bios that doesn't report all UEFI settings to your OS.  Who knows.

It's usually called CSM or Compatibility Support Module although on MSI boards it's called Windows 8/10 Boot Mode.

 

It needs to be disabled (enabled on MSI boards) for that feature to work.
