Motherboards compatible

So I forgot my case model but it's from Cooler Master and it currently has an A320M Gaming Pro Micro ATX motherboard in it. I want to upgrade to a B350 Gaming Pro Micro ATX motherboard and I want to make sure that since they are both Micro ATX will they both be compatible in my case?
