Say if a Speaker is Dolby certification does that me your Sound card or on board sound need to have it too, too work,  or will it install the software  because the speaker is certified. 

 

I don't understand how this Dolby certified stuff work, if possible enplane to me.

This is for gaming, movie, music, all the stuff that in clouds sound, but mostly gaming.

A quick google suggests me that a Dolby certifications are needed to be able to produce audio for commercials or movies. I don't see any mention of anything Dolby in those speakers, nor would I believe a simple Logitech set would certify :P 

The surround could be nice for movies, but for gaming and defintely for music I'd prefer a 2.1 set.
