hello guys so I am starting to start my computer toolkit as such. Just wondering do you guys know of any pc diagnostics programs. like to monitor heat and such. I know linus has a program that puts lots of load on your computer. im not sure what this is called? so any other usefull programs would come in handy for me.

thanks

CCleaner and pcdecrapifier are good for cleaning bloatware. Avg free is a good antivirus.

For scanning for people with viruses when i was a PC Tech. you want

Malwarebytes > HitmanPro > Malwarebytes again.

Also to get passwords of locked accounts or "forgotten" for xp/7/8 etc use a bootable disk called Trinity Rescue Kit (loads of tools on that but you want to look at Winpass)

Just don't use Prime95 on Haswell. One restriction.
