Gpu watercooling oc !?

depends on how bad the air cooler is. If the air cooler is about average, then expect 25 to 50MHz extra overclocking. In other words, 1-2% and not worth your time.

What GPU is it, most these days will already boost to as high as it can depending on temps. If they are relatively cool then you won't see a huge difference in watercooling it via custom or using an AIO.

Pretty vague question. 

Depends on quite a few things. 

Horrid bios cards like the 10 series can do a lot better, maintaining 100/125hz more than on air assuming the temp gap remains. 

 

So 100 out of 2000, so 5%.

 

Also gonna depend on the card itself. My nvidia branded card oc’ed better than my evga sc’s. And my pny always ran 15c cooler which would play a factor in maintaining boost.
