Looking for feedback on a Planned/Semi-Purchased build. Some stuff, I already owned so It didn't cost as much as it could have.

Here's the list.  I already owned Windows 10, the GPU, RAM and the 4TB HDD.  Curious on what changes/mods you might recommend to this list?  Intended use, it's a gift for someone, would be basic computer usage, some photo editing, multi-tasking and possibly being viable for use for 5 years.  She does not play videogames.

I really wish GPU's were cheaper as I'd love to save the 1080 for a more... useful... application.  I'd much rather drop in a 1060 and call it a day but they are still like 300 dollars, which seems about what I could get for selling the 1080 online.

Everything looks really good, but you should add a different fan for that rad. Cooler master's stock fans are garbage.

CPU: I9-7900X RAM: 64GB (16X4) DDR4-2933 GPU: RTX 3080 MOBO: ASUS X299 Deluxe PSU: Corsair RM850 SSD: ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 1TB HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB Case: Corsair iCUE 465X Cooler: Corsair 280 AIO

I have a whole bunch of 120mm fans lying around, I actually might have a few Corsair SP120's I could use.  I do use 6x the 120RGB Masterfan Pro (non addressable) in my current build, and they do push less air it seems.  I'll make note of that for longevity wise, thank you.
