You might be able to find the ip the TV's talking to by looking in your router logs?

Set static IP on the TV and don't specify a default gateway.  That will prevent it speaking outside of it's subnet and will stop it going outbound to the internet.

 

If it doesn't allow you to specify a static IP without a gateway, use 0.0.0.0 in the gateway option and do not set a DNS value.
