Need some help with fps plz

so i just built my new pc 
specs

CPU: RYZEN 7 1800X 
GPU: MSI 1070 TI TITANIUM 
RAM: 32GB OF DDR4 
MOBO: MSI X470 CARBON PRO 

And i was wondering why i only get 120 fps on average in csgo with low settings!
i see builds with 1050s and 1060s getting 250+ on high!
i just really need some help

Ryzen CPUs perform pretty poorly in CS:GO and other Source engine games thanks to a bug in the engine's code that adds a ton of latency to its code execution on Ryzen based CPUs. Don't ask me for specifics though. Plus the Source engine overwhelmingly favors single-thread performance anyway, which Intel CPUs still remain superior in compared to Ryzen.

Ryzen CPUs are extremely reliant on memory speeds. Someone running DDR4-2133 RAM will get much less performance in gaming than someone running DDR4-3200. Especially if said DDR4-3200 RAM has optimized timings.

Your fps is quite enough for just gaming. Have you already applied commands to unlock fps?
