What are the top 5 1070 tis are the best for overclocking I plan on overclocking as soon as I get it

Just wait until the 20th as Nvidia will be announcing new GPUs probably*

 

also what's your monitor resolution/refresh rate?

Unless you need to play games at high-ultra you could easily save money and get an RX 580/1060 6GB and just run them at like medium

1060 3gb but I need more power for streaming and I like to play at high and ultra settings

Also very likely, but the next gen GPUs will be the ones to buy due to new/improved features whatever they are.
