try whit whit only one ram stick but one at a time .. could be ram issue

Isn't working. Tested with 1 ram stick in the different slots.

Same problem.

what happends when u power it on ?  fans spinning and for how long ?

The fans continue to run. The LEDs also continue to flash as in the video.

CMOS Reset, look at the Manual how to do it.


Other than that, tried a different PSU?

Corsair VS, especially the older one isn't that great...
