I think I get what you mean now that you've mentioned that. You mean that the GPU is the loudest part of your system (due to everything else being whisper quiet) and you want to reduce that?

I thought you meant your GPU was being overly, excessively loud at idle :lol:

My system is really quiet, but if I just sit in my chair next to it with no other sound around me, the GPU is just barely loud enough to annoy me

Ah, that makes more sense I'm unsure if there's any way you can lower the fan speed anything under 30%, if I call correctly, GPU Tweak is the same, along with PrecisionX. There might be a GPU BIOS hack you can do, but that gets into the "I wouldn't go there" areas :lol:

Are you sure it's the graphics card that's loud and not the H100i's fans?

H100i fans if they are set to 500 rpm they are not making much noice...
