Best AIR OR WATER Cooler for i7 8700k

I probably should've posted this in one of the cooling threads but I couldn't find a thread inbetween. What is the best water or air cooler for an i7 8700k at stock ghz  in an s340 nzxt case

ltt has a video on the negligible difference between aio and traditional air cooling so yes it will preform just as well and if not better with the silent noctua fans most pc enthusiasts swear by. oh and it wont overhang your ram but remember your cooler is only as good as your thermal paste so i would use the thermal grizzly kryonaut paste

Why not oc with a cpu like the 8700k? 

If you're running stock clocks, there are plenty of coolers that can easily keep temps in check.
