BSOD CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT comes up randomly

When using my PC and especially when its under a big load like gaming, my screen suddenly freezes for ca.30 seconds and the last sound displayed gets looped in that time. After that time it works normally again most time but sometimes it crashes with the Bluescreen CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

 

I already tried to fix it by doing this:

Testing my RAM through Windows Diagnostics/Memtest86: No errors

Freshly installed Windows

Virus scan: No problems

Updated BIOS

Updated all drivers

Windows 10 Home 64bit

ASUS Prime B350-Plus

AMD Ryzen 5 1400

1x16GB Ballistix Sport LT 2400mhz RAM

I can be wrong but this means it's not perfectly stable.

As far as i can remember the watchdog needs to get certrain triggers at certain moments. If the system doesn't get them it will eventually assume something is wrong and basically crash on purpose.

 

Again, that's what i remember, don't know if that's right.

From experience, that happens due to a cpu or ram crash. Since nothing is overclocked, try running your ram at 2133mhz. Might work, might not. In the event it doesn't, then you it's likely a cpu issue where the cpu voltage or clocks drops to a point of instability when under load. I dunno what this is called on Ryzen, but on Intel you fix this typically by raising the cpu voltage or increasing the LLC level. Hope this helps.
