NZXT S340 Elite is basically a VR case; front-panel HDMI passthrough, and a VR headset hanger called the NZXT Puck which magnetically sticks to the front of the case.

The only other case I know of that has HDMI in the front is the Gigabyte AC300W... But it's designed for GPU's with internal HDMI headers like Gigabyte's own cards. So the S340 is the best for native front panel HDMI. Otherwise you could always get a 5.25" bay adapter should the case you choose have that option
