Razer vs Logitech G

Should I get the Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 Tournament Edition or Logitech G Pro?

I'd avoid the Romer-g switches, they're legitimately worse than a decent rubber dome board. That said, Razer's switches aren't the greatest either. I'd get something like the Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro S RGB

Razer stopped working with Kailh I’m pretty and makes the switches themselves

Yeah, I only ended up getting my Blackwidow X Chroma TE cause it was $50 otherwise I would've gotten the MK Pro S

I agree, you should try and get something with Cherry switches, or perhaps the new Titan switch from Roccat which is supposed to be superb.

Make sure you test the different switch types to find which one you like before you buy. No amount of reading or research will help you figure that out, you need to test them.

Logitech G Pro uses the proprietary Romer G switches,

You can go with a "Gigabyte K83" and save the remaining money for another equipment you need or may need or,

You can go with a "Ducky" model that has CherryMX switches and also some lighting options.

Razer has custom switches, IIRC they're their own design. So they don't really need to disclose anything.

Romer G isn't thaaaat bad, I'd say it's still better than rubber dome. Just takes a while to get used to.

I actually prefer Razer's clicky switch to MX Blues.

It's about the same price, yes, but that's not RGB, let alone backlit. And I'd never buy a keyboard that requires a power brick lol

Not to me, I'd rather the Romers and ditch the power brick.

They're not that bad.
