@Darkseth Sorry for the late reply but I'm still in the process of building the system. I plan on using an Intel Core I5-7400 (socket 1151) and 16gb DDR4 Ram, Seasonic FOCUS Plus Gold 750W (80+Gold, ATX 12V) PSU/Power Supply, SSR-750FX

And for the case I have not yet decided I may go for Corsair CC-9011098-WW 3 x 120 mm Crystal Series 570X RGB Mid Tower Computer Chassis. Or a Zalman Z11 Plus.

The 7400 is old, why are you using that chip? It better be like 50 quid, since the current i3 chips trump the older i5. Zalman Z11 Plus is also a rather old model, from the two, I'd pick the Corsair.

PSU is good, RAM should be good (aim for DDR4-2666 ideally).

I'd go for an i5-8400 with a B360 or H370 board.

I think, if you crank everything up, your Video Ram will be the last of your issues.

It can get pretty damn taxing, if you use MSAA x8 + MSAA x8 Reflexion, etc.

@Darkseth would I be going a bit over the top if I went with a 1080ti graphics card?

If you plan on going for the 'realistic visuals' mod you could possibly benefit from that, but I would still say a 1070 is enough unless going above 1080p.

Depends what settings you "need".

A little Thumb Role: You can't have too much GPU Power, that's not possible (unless you play potato stuff only, like LoL, CS:GO, etc, where every 300€ card hits 500 fps.

If the 1080 ti is bored with maxed out settings, you cans till use DSR ^^

If your Budget allows for a 1080 ti, you can go for it. But i might wait if they release a 1180 in <1-2 months., might make more sense ^^

What't the rest of your System? CPU, Ram, PSU, Case?
