So, will everything work/fit? Am i getting a good card for my <350 price range? Should I get something else? Will the power supply be sufficient for the card(It needs? Thank you so much, I am new to this all.

NOTE: The most I will spend for case, power supply and gpu is about 500$ but I need to save what I can!

First of all, get a decent psu. The ones that come with pre build systems are usually a ticking bomb, that can take all your components to hardware heaven.

Just a decent 500W minimum psu from a respectable brand like Corsair, Antech or Seasonic - just to name a few - will give you a good base.

The one you picked is just fine for any single gpu system.

The mainboad, I assume, is just some cheapo chinese 10$ production value thingy, but it should do the job. Especially as the cpu cant be oced, it doesnt need to have the most clean power delivery. But again, dont expect it to last as long as any good quality board from a respectable brand. cpu is also quite good, even the non k version, will perform just fine, even like 2 years from now.

Ram and cpu cant really be that bad by any means, both should just work fine with any upgrade and not bottleneck at all.

The case is what you can cheap out most on, what you are also going to do, how it seems. Should be fine, but you may consider upgrading the fans down the road. Stock fans are usually pretty loud and dont perform that well, but they're ok for a start.

The gpu you picked, is also a great choice, as long as you are not planing to game on a resolution bigger than 1080p. Evga as a vendor, is also a great choice, due to their exellent support.

Overall, great choices, your system will be pretty beast after the upgrade.

It looks fine but there are better or cheaper options.
