The 2700x allways come with the included RGB stock cooler. No need to buy an extra cooler as it keeps the temps on the 2700x quite nicely. The CPU will manage to boost to max.
Some say the cooler is a bit loud, so investing in a cooler isnt a bad idea if noise is an issue. Buying a cooler isnt neccesary though
