Go to https://www.floatplane.com/ and sign in via LTT Forum, and you should be good to go.

You're not. If you are, there's a bug and you should contact an admin or use the Support Wizard in the thread below. (You'd normally see LMG Pilot in blue under your location, like @wojtepanik).

 

If you made a new account on the floatplane website rather than using your LTT forum credential, that could also be why.

If you've subscribes through new site, you can't access forums side of things. They have two different user/payment databases and linking only works one way. From forum to site. The other way around is not available, and probably won't be according to forum dev @colonel_mortis
