This specific card aside, never, NEVER order high end electronics from China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan on Ebay. Never order any unbranded or unknown brand graphics cards or computer components, and never buy from anyone with feedback below 98%, or any low volume seller with less than 100% feedback. Never order any "for parts" components unless you fully expect them to be broken beyond repair, and finally, never order something that's priced significantly lower than everything else that's similarly spec'd.

Follow these rules and you can nearly eliminate your chances of getting scammed.

It wouldn't be listed if people didn't fall for it, idk the stock but it says 83% sold.

That doesn't negate what I said. Common sense should prevail.

K, so buying is out of the question, but how do they get so many good reviews if its fake?

Why didn't you read the reviews.

The specific product isn't getting reviews, and if it was that would be Ebay aggregating "1050 Ti" products for review. Look at the seller's history and it looks like they are mostly selling cheap housewares, kitchenware, clothes, and various other items. They're not exclusively selling fake graphics cards. That's why you can't take a 98.9% feedback score as proof the listing is exactly what you're expecting and nothing more.

Assuming you mean this listing that was "featured" when I clicked on your link, I still wouldn't buy it even though it looks more legitimate. Nothing from China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan. Those are all stock images too, so you're not seeing the actual product. I would highly reocmmend you change your search parameters for "Item Location" to UK Only/EU Only (or US Only/North America Only if you're in the US/Canada), and don't look at anything else from outside your home country or region.

Basically all i need to know is if i should trust this seller, he has over 2000 reviews and is above 90% positive

NO!! The cooler looks doodoo, the output ports arnt correct for a 1050 ti and no pascal gpu should be under $100 except a 1030. Dont buy

So if there is some kind of buyer protection would you buy this? I went through most of his items and reviews and it seems legit and his pictures are authentic and most of them have the same background (Which kind of proves he owns the items)

Yep looks good and the price is believable
