Inspect the board and make sure there is no corrosion or residual water since it wasn't powered on during the leak test it probably was ok. If there is any residue or corrosion you're going to need to clean it off with some 99% isopropyl alcohol.

The board is new from package, deliverd to me just today,

coroosion can take place after a little leak before 7 hours?

I don’t see anything that looks like that

It's possible especially if something got under a chip, your best to bath the board in isopropyl to displace and water and remove anything possible before powering up.

I tried everything you say and still nothing,

Im starting to suspect that it’s not related to the leak , and I did somthing not good on the build itslef

if the board light and start button is on when connect the psu

that is mean they both are working and not failing?

if I get split second of spin in the fans when turn on the pc, and then it’s turn of almost immediately, what will you suspect?

I got somtimes little bip, somtimes now even a sound,

maybe it’s the CPU? What is the symptoms of cpu problem?

Maybe i put put somthing wrong?

I connected the pump to a 3 way splitter like this https://www.ekfluidgaming.com/ek-cable-y-splitter-3-fan-pwm-10cm

and then into the “pump” in the motherbord

and i connect the fans in the case to cpu fan,

i did somthing wrong?

the hdd, ssd, and video card are pluged off , I’m trying to boot with only psu, cpu, ram, and cooling.

check the motherboard manual for the page on codes, should help you figure out what the problem is :)

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

clean it off very very carefully with Isopropyl alcohol, put it back in and hope the it hasn't already been shorted and killed your cpu and or motherboard socket

Yes, I’m on it,

Can you please look at the socket itself and tell me if it’s look like it harm or anything

Can I use acetone to clean the back of the cpu?

Mmm...yeah it would work as long as there's nothing else around for it to damage (plastics, etc.).  Keep it away from anything plastic and keep acetone away from the heat spreader since there's a chance it could soften the glue if there's epoxy holding things together.  It also doesn't evaporate as fast and has the harmful fumes.

Less potential for catastrophe with rubbing alcohol.

 Ok I’m gonna buy know

you think it’s can actually be the reason the pc won’t turn on? Or turn for a split sec fans only and off again ?

Well, I don't know what those contacts do, or if your paste is conductive or not.  However, there's also no pins in that notch on the socket, so I'm leaning towards that not being the problem.

Did you try to post the system before assembly? The splitter wouldn't have any issue, but clean off that thermal paste and see if it was preventing it from making proper contact.

Wouldn't recommend acetone since it can melt any plastic or even some coatings, the isopropyl bath would have done the job if it was corrosion or still some remaining water.

Either those contacts are test points (since, again, they don't seem to make contact with anything on the socket) or reseating the CPU did the trick (as was described as one solution to the 00 code in the link previously posted).

Omg, it wasn’t the cpu,

i had a shortage in the power cause I forget to put 1 mobo standoooff and the board tuched the case

i discovers that just now when I put back the mobo

I didn’t even know that could happen OMG

Oh yes.  Improper board installation has been the bane of many a new system builder.
