I'm Contermplating going from a 3000mhz Set of ddr4 to 3600 Will I see Better results that are worth the Price

no, not worth the price. Might as well spend some time in shortening the memory timings with your current kit as much as posible.

Going from 3000mhz to 3600mhz will have minor, if at all, improvements. Once you go in to the 3600mhz range the timings are worse, so you lose some of the benefit of the faster memory frequency.

 

With the current cost of memory, you should definitely stick to what you have now. 3000mhz is fast enough so there's really no need to swap it out.

If you want good ram with guaranteed b-die dimms just buy something like 3200cl14 or 3600cl15. 

Performance wise you'll have to tune in manually anyway because all XMP profiles are performing kinda bad.

thats not at all how it works. CL has only little to do with the endresult of latency. Higher bandwidth also decreases latency and increases performance.

On coffeelake which is a plattform with very high cache size, the difference in CL is negligible.

3600CL15, Take a look at the Latency.

 

 

4000CL17,Take a look at the Latency after OC.

Better performance yes, worth the price NO. Only if you are deep into memory OC. While playing games, some do benefit PUBG or Witcher3 are for example games that do like higher memory bandwidth but those games are pretty rare.
