Probably not, I think that someone worked out that it is more expensive to run a computer in terms of power draw than what you earn bitmining.

How old are these puters? How efficient are they?

To make it efficient, you need some very powerful computers, and it can take a while to mine a single coin. Like hiyayhi says, you actually have to take into consideration power draw and such as you might actually be losing money...
