Iso?

Go to solution Solved by SolarNova,

U can mount ISO files and run them like a CD using Daemon tools.

Okay, what app? I used WinRAR to extract the files.

The "app" being the game. There should be installer somewhere in the ISO.

Also it's likely that, unless the executable was patched, you'll need the ISO in a virtual CD drive. Otherwise that good ol' "Insert CD" DRM will kick in.

Step one: On Windows 10, click twice on ISO to mount. It will appear as if it's an inserted DVD.

Step two: Once mounted, find a .exe in the ISO file. Run it,

Step 3: Everything should be just as if you are dealing with a real disk. Make sure to eject when done.

As mentioned by some others, this ISO is piracy and is against community guidelines, but that's not for me to decide.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

I didn't know that it was piracy. I'll be sure to delete it!

Depending on where it was obtained, it may not be. For instance Direct2Drive would only distribute in disk images.

Yeah its fine

For copyright standpoint it's not. Still 37 years to go. If it's abandonware, maybe. Overall if ISO is pure copy of CD, there's no issue. It would still need CD key to play. If it's been tampered with, piracy.
