Problem of 8700

Even though i have used every single software to stresstest an I7 8700 but at the result i can not reach 4.6 ghz 
This is weird because on Intel's home page , i can see that this 8700 can reach 4,6 with turbo 
P.s : sorry for the grammar xD i'm not really good at english

The 4.6 turbo only applies to 1 core, not to all 6. The all core turbo is 4.3GHz. If you want 4.6GHz, you need to upgrade to the 8700K and overclock it to 4.6 on all cores.
