Laptop issue

I need to buy a laptop for editing purposes  ( not too hardcore editing ) and i'm stuck with 2 choices ( I don't intend nor want to spend that much money 1100 euros ish ) 
 

Can you guys help me ?

Out of those two I'd lean towards the one with the more powerful GPU
