You have DDR3 memory selected, however your motherboard and CPU require DDR4 memory. They're not compatible with each other.
You don't need a 750W PSU. Get a Corsair CX450M instead.

Edit: Here's a PCPartPicker list with the RAM and PSU fixed.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

You could save a bit of money by changing to a different motherboard. You're really paying a premium price for the wifi versions. If you don't need wifi, or you have a PCIe wifi network card, then you can save $30+ by swapping motherboards.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Not sure what these both mean, since a b250 does not work with an 8th gen processor. and b250 is not really related to b360 except that it is its predecessor.

You'll need ddr4 for new CPUs, not ddr3.

It's good that you selected a non-overclock CPU and a mid tier motherboard, I see lots of people going for a high end mobo with non-overclockable CPUs

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

GIGABYTE b350 aorus gaming wifi is a fine choice, quite a good board IMO. Also, what power supply did you select exactly?
