Everytime I play  games I run into occassional lag. I tried to do some investigation and check with MSI afterburner (GTX 1060 6GB) and etc to see what could be the problem, but it was in task manager where I found the problem. Often my processor will hit up to 100% and cause fps lag while gaming (I mostly play PUBG and Rust), and that at medium settings. I would've thought my I5-7600 would be strong enough to run without having this issue. Is there anything I can do to imrpove its performance without having to upgrade to an I7? I've tried to exit all programs that are not in use while gaming, but it still happens.

(My memory is pretty stable at 61% while gaming w/16gb of RAM).

I see steam, Origin, Battlenet, ICloud, and what appears to be a speed test.  That isnt what is important. What is important is the fact that you're running 32-bit. While not bad, a 32bit suffers from high process games and may cause bits of lag at times.

Do you mean windows type? I'm running a 64-bit type of windows, so do you mean I should reinstall these to a 64-bit type? Can't remeber seeing the option to install as 64-bit for the applications you mentioned

No, that was a mistake on my part. At this point I can only say it may be those tidbits of data sent out from three out of four of those I mentioned causing a bit of interruption or windows doing something in the background as usual. That aside, iv nothing much to say. Hopefully someone else comes along with a resolution.

The issue isnt from the game. Game is using 70% the remainder is being used by TiWorker. See the link i posted for possible fixes
