Watercooling Pressure?

When I built my water cooled pc my fluid looked amazing.  When talking with Primochill they told me that the discoloring of my fluid could be because of pressure built up in my loop.  Which was true to some extent as I opened up the fill port on my res and hear that air released.  So how do I stop that. My pump is on as slow as it can go through my loop. Any Suggestions?

Leave you fill port slightly open would be my advice from what you've described as there wouldn't be any pressure build up then. Just don't forget it's open...
