PSU Crackle

I bought a second hand pc a couple of days ago and I'm noticing a crackle coming from my PSU. Do I need to be worried about it? I've added an audio fragment. The PSU is a Seasonic S12II-520Bronze.

Make sure there's nothing touching the fan blades inside the power supply  (the plastic foil under the fan, wires under the fan etc)

It's repetitive enough that it makes me think something scratches against the fan blades, or that the fan has issues running.

Some PSUs like GPUs experience coil whine but this isn't a coil whine I've ever heard. I'd like to blame the fan but I'm not sure old fans would make that noise. Is it full of dust?

When  I stopped the fan the sound didn't stop. It sounds exactly like this Seasonic S12II 620.

Sounds like the fan hitting tape or something.

 

Why did you remove the bobblehead, btw? I always look for it and now it's just a big green blob with a J in the middle!

I know.. but he said he stopped the fan!!!!!

 

I removed the bobble head because I got pissed at the noobs here.
