[Build Log] Ultimate RGB Build

Josh2002

Hi all,

After many months of creating PC Parts lists and thinking of a PC that both looks amazing and performs amazing while staying in my budget I have finally come to my final part list and found all parts at great prices.

I have just bought all the parts for my new RGB Gaming PC and all parts should arrive within a week. This will be my first ever PC and I am coming from PS4. This will be a big step and I can't wait to game on PC. I am also hoping I will also be building the PC within a week if all goes well especially for a first time builder.

Any additional tips for building would be great, also, would someone be able to tell me what drivers I would need to install for my PC as I have no idea as I am new to this.

I will add my part list below for you to have a look. I appreciate it if no one would comment on things for me to change in the part list as I have already paid for the parts and can't change them. If there is anything that you like about my build and anything you think I could add in the future feel free to leave a comment.

I have gone through many different builds and decided to go with this build due to a 25% off sale on eBay which is the reason I have bought all of the parts that I did.

The main reason behind this build is for it to be fully RGB, I also plan on using this PC for high refresh rate 1080p semi-future proof gaming.

Welcome to the pcmasterrace. I recommend installing all the drivers first. If you don't know which ones I recommend looking at your manual. For example, in my case I have an msi r9 390 I would look up amd drivers or amd radeon software. If you need help installing windows 10, just ask me on here and I will try to help. GoodLuck!

One recommendation is to breadboard it first, use the mobo box and install everything to make sure it posts before installing in the case as it will be easier to troubleshoot if anything is wrong. Other than that this looks like a solid build, enjoy!

I will only ever answer to the best of my ability - there is absolutely no promises that I will be correct. Or helpful. At all.
