For those that don't know what the chip challenge is, The Chip Challenge is a yearly competition among different teams that tried to fold as hard possible and tries to win the prize of the displaying Jade Monkey on there forums (and also trying to melt Stanford servers in the process :cool:).

And to boot - just got a 660 folding and a 580 is on the way. And hopefully a 570 as well.

1 DAY LEFT. If you have a slower folder, now the time to turn on the machines and switch them for the challenge!

That way your turning in wu's on the day of the competition.

Now if we could only get more people in the competition....

Sadly, I'm guessing we "cant" ask linus to announce it on his live stream as this isn't a direct competition with this team..... (being that it's a contest for another team this year)..

Well if it can be done, then I'm all for it. :D

Although make sure that people now the competition is tomorrow and not in 3 days (even though I list the start date plenty of times). I now that they might see that bold 3 days left and think there that much time before it starts.

I think they should explain what folding is, that could get much more people into it. I only heard a mention about folding twice in a live stream, didn't knew anything about it, than I looked it up. This could grow ltt team greatly and help overclockers.com also.
