Budget monitor upgrade?

I'm currently using this thing for gaming and as a bedroom TV to watch youtube and stuff:

Is there any good budget options preferably no more than ~150-60 USD that can beat this monitor in every aspect?

yes for sure even for 100 usd you can get a realy good mintor  For 160 you can even look at "gaming monitors (120 Hz 1MS ) stuf"
