So I bout a gtx 970 about 1 month ago and it had no problems what so ever and recently I’ve been having problems with the gpu usage being really low resulting in unstable fps my specs are an i5 7500 gtx 970 16gb ram on bf1 my cpu is 100% most of the time and the gpu is everywhere 46% 50% 76% but never 100% I have oced the card but I’m now running it stock as I thought the oc was the problem  but I guess not

Doubt that it's bottleneck. I mean, if he didn't have that issue before, why would it magically appear now? And I don't think that 7500 is slow to the point where it bottlenecks 970.

It could be massive thermal throttling, or perhaps a driver issue? It feels like computer insists on feeding CPU all the load while video card is just chilling there.
