So, you just built it. I'm assuming then you never saw it actually POST. Is it that you want to install BIOS version F22 or is it that you know that is the version currently running?

I think he/she is trying to say that as soon as they built they haven't seen it POST. So probably the BIOS has been updated to support the 2000 series AMD chips?
