Is this GPU worth buying?

Hi everyone  

 

I'm going to upgrade my computer later this year, and I can't decide on a graphics card.

I've found a listing on eBay for a GTX Titan Black, and it's £295.

Should I take a look at this or choose something else?

Not at that price. A GTX 1070 easily beats the GTX Titan Black by a good 40% or so in most cases and can be had for about £30 more

A bit over priced, but looking around, GPU prices still haven't quite returned to normal prices yet.

Alright. I did find a GTX 1070 Founders Edition for £310, so I'm probably going to go for that. Out of curiosity, would it work well with an i7-4790K?
