HELP BUYING INK TANK PRINTER

So far I am looking at ink tank printers.

Epson L310
Epson L360
HP 415 
HP 419 (whats the dif b/w 415 and 419?)

So far I m leaning towards HP 415 because 419 is not available here.

Please give your comments,

Yes, I might need to print color stuff sometimes,

Scanner is needed 

Is there an ink tank printer w/ even fax built in?

I had a bad experience with a Epson printer in the past. The printer used up all the ink in caterdages in 2 days when i had only printed max about 6 pages they weren't even color or photos. Called Epson they said to buy new ink same problem again.got refund on printer from shop but not on ink as ink is a consumable. Never got money back from ink.... 70 euro of ink caterdiges...

Dont go with Epson!!!terrible customer service!!!

but this is ink tank, there are no cartridges, you empty 4 bottles of ink 70ml or so in the box and shit is supposed to last for 8k black pages and 6k color i hope this is true though (hard to believe lol) so I asked here.

never believe the 8k and 6 k they always exegreate it so it seems like a lot as some gets waste when you print pages or turn on printer.
