I have a question.So money doesn't matter here.I want opinions from people with knowledge.The CPU will be used for mainly gaming,streaming and rendering videos.(As well a bit of 3D modeling)My question is : Is it better to get a CPU with more cores and less clock speed OR a CPU with less cores and more clock speed?As I said  money doesn't matter here.I want to spend it where I get the most of.

Considering those specific tasks it'd be desirable to have both. Games typically benefit from faster lesser cores & tasks like rendering benefit from more cores (faster being even better). 3D modeling is more GPU intensive but you don't want to bottleneck your GPU so a faster core speed would be desirable.

Your usage include stuff that cares about single core performance only, as well as those that care about overall performance. That means you need something with high multicore performance and acceptable single core performance (CPUs that score well in both regards are bad in performance to price ratio and need a lot of extra work to get it fast).

 

I'd most likely recommend a Ryzen CPU, though the exact model depends on your budget.
