I cant play any game unless its fullscreen

Please help me i want to play games with boardless full screen but if i do that it drops off to 10-13 fps and in 5 mins it crashes i dont know what happend and my driver is updated.

Borderless windowed is known to have performance drop.

 

What are you usually playing on though?
