What can I do with Field Test Mode?

Hi guys,

 

My nonna used to use a ZTE a while back, but then it decided to get stuck in a startup loop and it broke. I am able to boot it into FTM, and that's about it. The issue is this is what displays.(please find attached a picture)

 

No, I can't get into recovery mode. Just this.

 

What can I do with it? Can I re-install android? Thanks!
