GTX 780 Crashes

Hey there guys.So the problem is that i have a GTX 780 Phantom GLH edition which is severely overclocked to like 1060mhz from 863 i believe is the stock reference 780 at.Mine came with 14% overclock both on core and mem already so i pushed her a little more with like 80+ on the core and 300+ on the memory.. Everything looks stable i tried several benchmarks like Unigine Heaven,OCCT and there was 0 errors for like 30minutes of stress testing.. i also tried furmark still no errors there.In some games it runs perfectly with no crashes but in some like Metro 2033 / Last light or the Far Cry 4/5 it crashes with a random color on the screen.
My CPU is FX8350 overclocked to 4.5GHz on stock voltage on Asus 970 Pro Gaming Aura motherboard and it's rock solid overclock for me i've tried it on Prime95 blend test for several hours it's not going anywhere. 
What could be causing this? I already tried clocking it lower on the core but it still crashes? Can it crash from memory overclock and if yes what +mhz should i go for?

lower the memory then, say 50mhz.

If the GPU won't crash in benchmarks, then  it's probably not that, since certain benchmarks stress the GPU extra hard. Try a ram intensive benchmark or stress program.

If it isn't stable in game, monitor temps and underclock.

I have a custom fan curve and temps never go over 69-70 degrees. I lowered the memory clock speed by a little and seems to be fixed for now.No new crashes since then.Maybe that was the reason of my crashes. And i've tried mem test before and even when my memory is overclocked from 1600 to 1866 there was no errors and it stays cool as well,, not even hot on touch so i guess i'm good here.Also the cpu should not be causing those crashes since they are no blue screens but some random color and hard lock.

I'm on stock cooler so i shouldn't be messing around with the voltage  and the power target/temp limit are set to max i believe it's 106% for the power target.

Well the cooler has nothing to do with that right now. The power is prolly too low. You should be monitoring all of that anyway. I have mine flashed for 120% power and max voltage. I turned the voltage down a bit and but I could have the same oc applied on water but I didn’t get around to it. And this is with a blower and an unlocked chip. But it’s also hard clocked as I dislike gpu boost.
