let's say that you're looking to buy a pc:

maybe, a cpu is cheaper on one site, but the same motherboard is cheaper somewhere else

Hey guys I know of a few sites but I never see any specials or crazy deals like American stores, is there anywhere you can get deals/hardware on sale or are they all around the same range here?. Thanks guys :)

Not really.  Everything here demands a price premium.  PCCG sometime has some cheap deals on the clearance.  Heres some stores that have a good rep:
