Are you sure you have positive air flow? Some air flow optimised fans have really terrible air pressure, which, if they are drawing air into the case through a layer of honeycomb and a filter to boot, will perform less CFM than the listed spec. MY Coolermaster 200mm led fan was pretty poor at moving air into my BitFenix prodigy through three layers of varying material. It also broke recently, but that's beside the point. To better visualise what I mean, compare it to the one I replaced it with:

Coolermaster MegaFlow:

Dimension (W / H / D) 200 x 200 x 30 mm

Speed (R.P.M.) 700 RPM

Air Flow (CFM) 110 CFM

Air pressure (mmH2O) 0.595 mm H2O

BitFenix Spectre:

230mm

Dimensions (mm) 230x200x30mm

Speed (RPM) 900 RPM ±10%

Air Flow (CFM) 156.27 CFM ±10%

Air Pressure (mmH2O) 1.81 mmH2O

So not only did I up my air flow considerably on account of higher RPM and diameter, but the BitFenix Spectres are designed to give the maximum amount of air pressure whilst keeping most of it's air flow. When the Coolermaster was designed, air pressure was never even considered important. The difference between the two is quite staggering.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is, how are your fans configured?

Also, positive air flow does not stop dust from entering your computer, it simply helps in removing it again so it won't settle in cracks and such. There is no configuration of fans that will hermetically protect your computer from dust altogether.

Also, keep your house clean, lol. That is the best provision against dust. And don't just vacuum the floor of the room your computer is in. 60% of dust is airborne at any given time. When you move between rooms, you drag it with you. You might not see any on the floor, but there is plenty in the air.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Ya i live in Arizona so preventing any type of dust is almost impossible.

My case airflow is:

-Intake

2 sp120

1 140mm Aerocool Shark

-Exhaust

1sp120 on a rad

2 thermaltake pwm fans that spin at like 800 rpm

My video card isnt currently a blower style

I wish there was something to put on there to prevent the sticking

Thankfully i can put my comp on my desk which does cut it down a little bit

But looks like im pretty SOL

You'll have to deal with it :(

Doesn't matter how clean the window is it will become dusty. Kind of helps not to use Windex when cleaning the window.

Also helps to have the air filter from your car in front of your intake fans :D

However that won't stop the dust build up either...
