Code 24 first pc start

I bought a new pc build it and now i have a problem with it. It doesnt start on the little moverboard display is shown the code 24 i dont know what to do !!!!

The other control lights show nothing.

 

motherboard: Aorus ga-ax370-gaming 5

What does manual say about that code?

 

Do you get image? Are fans spinning? All lights on mobo? Have you tested all connectiond, cables and RAM?

Yes everything works. The monitor is showing nothing.

Check your motherboard manual under post codes and see what code "24" means.

My manual says nothing about this code.

Are you sure the debug LED says "24"? As you say, there is no information for that code.

Check your connections, cables, monitor, GPU etc.

 

From what I can tell, code 24 generally means nothing is wrong.

I see a cable missing from the GPU. There are two cables that need to be connected and I only see one.
