CPU:
Intel Core i7-8700K 6 Cores up to 4.7GHz Unlocked LGA1151 - It will give you best gaming performance in the current market with all the room you'd need for production and future proofing.
https://www.amazon.com/Intel-i7-8700K-Desktop-Processor-Unlocked/dp/B07598VZR8

MOBO:
Gigabyte Z370 AORUS ULTRA GAMING WIFI ATX LGA1151 - I own this MOBO, so I can vouch for it as a great choice! Specially for the price.
https://www.amazon.com/Z370-AORUS-Ultra-Gaming-WIFI/dp/B07BVP6JY9

RAM:
G.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200 - For gaming, you will never need/benefit further from any speed higher than 3200. 32GB because the budget more than allows for it.
https://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-PC4-25600-Platform-F4-3200C16D-32GVK/dp/B0171GQR0C

GPU:
Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Xtreme Edition 11GB GDDR5X - Best all GPU currently for the price (second choice is an ASUS ROG variant). Personally, I would recommend waiting for next-gen 1180 at this point, but if you want future proofing and power, this is it right now.
https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-Graphic-GV-N108TAORUS-X-11GD/dp/B06XXJL3HM

Monitor:
Acer Predator X34 3440x1440 G-Sync @120Hz - I do not advocate for 4K resolution at any size below 35" because that's just a waste of money. 3440x1440 widescreen is the best sweet spot out there right now and this monitor is currently the best of the best in this section. Link says up to 100Hz, but it actually goes to 120Hz. I would know, I own this baby. For best gaming visuals, calibrate colors to 53 Green, 52 Blue, and 50 Red. Contrast is best at 39. Otherwise this guy is great out of the box.
https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-UltraWide-Widescreen-X34/dp/B016GNX4SE

CPU Coolers:
Cooler Master MasterAir Maker 8 - If you want to go with air cooling with room for light to mild overclocking later (personal recommendation).
https://www.amazon.com/MasterAir-High-end-Featuring-Technology-Customizable/dp/B01B12DQ38

CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H115i AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, 280mm Radiator - If you want water cooling and extreme overclock.

https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Radiator-Advanced-Lighting-Software/dp/B077G3C6HH

PSU:
CORSAIR AXi Series, AX1200i, 1200 Watt, Fully Modular Digital Power Supply, 80+ Platinum Certified - Because why not. The lowest I'd recommend is 850W @80+ Gold.
https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-AX1200i-Modular-Platinum-Certified/dp/B008Q7HUR0

Case:
Cooler Master MasterCase H500P ATX Mid-Tower - Beautiful case, lots of room, includes extra fans, USB ports, all the good stuff at a decent price.
https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MasterCase-Mid-Tower-MCM-H500P-MGNN-S00/dp/B075N132C2

Storage:
Samsung 850 EVO 2TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD - Because 2TB on an M.2 SSD is the dream combination right now and the 850 EVO is cheaper than while still outperforming others. You could go with another brand, but right now this one is the best configuration for the price.
https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-2-5-Inch-Internal-MZ-75E2T0B-AM/dp/B010QD6W9I

Hope this helps.

Hi, Im new to this forum so I dont know where to post this exactly and I hope its fine here.

I have never built my own PC and all I ever did was change my GPU and HDD. I feel quite confident (with the help of LTT videos) that I could build one but I dont know what parts to get/what to look for. I dont.know what to look for when buying  CPU a GPU or Processors. I plan on having a 5000€ limit and with that I think I should be good for a while (current PC was prebuilt in 2013 for 800€ and came with an i7-3770k and a GTX 670 which I swapped out for a 970)

I would be VERY thankful for nice recommendations as to whats the best GPU/CPU/whatever for price/quality/ability ratio.

Wanted to mention, since I forgot it above. Mainly used as a Gaming Pc

Thanks in advance :)

Good to go!

This being the case, i would recommend going for an Intel system with an i7-8700K and the GTX 1080ti. I will detail the specific components that I think will accomplish your goal beautifully in the next comment Have to actually put them together in list format lol.
